The role:
As an Inventory Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our equipment and consumable product logistics. The ideal candidate will excel in managing projects, from launching new catering stations worldwide to updating customer products with our caterers. This role is dynamic, varied, and fast-paced, involving account management with our manufacturers and suppliers and planning logistics with our warehousing and transport partners.
Our Onboard Experience division comprises essential design, development, catering, and delivery teams. As an Inventory Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services are delivered globally. Operating across the United Kingdom and numerous international cities, you will be key to achieving our exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily accounts with our suppliers, ensuring the timely movement of inventory.
- Collaborate closely with Catering Operations and Onboard Experience teams to ensure effective planning and communication of key actions.
- Contribute to major airline projects, including new station startups, scheduling, and project changes.
