About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Midweight Digital Marketing Copywriter to join our ever-expanding marketing team based in London. You'll work with our performance marketing teams, channel experts and clients to refine tone of voice, develop brand and campaign messaging, and support marketing channel owners to deliver stand-out copy.
Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, you'll not only own copywriting best practices for the agency but also get your hands dirty in producing outstanding content for a range of media channels.
With prior experience as a copywriter in a digital marketing agency environment, you will have a flexible and proactive approach, demonstrate exquisite attention to detail, and be highly analytical and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own copywriting best practices in the agency across client and agency marketing channels
- Write compelling digital marketing copy for a range of live entertainment and B2C products
- Work closely with paid media teams to deliver carefully crafted, stand-out copy for clients across a variety of paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
- Liaise with the SEO team to enable the delivery of best-practice SEO-optimised copy at scale
- Assess and QA marketing copy across channels and platforms to ensure the highest standards and adherence to best practices
- Lead on copywriting localisation strategy and delivery across global and regional markets
- Collaborate with our email marketing specialist to deliver optimal campaign performance through email copy, targeting a wide range of audiences and industry sectors
- Lead the agency's approach to using AI and other tools to build automation and efficiencies into the copywriting process, keeping us on the cutting edge of copywriting-related technology
- Enable teams to conduct the best copy A/B testing strategies and constantly improve the performance of digital marketing content.
- Work closely with the creative strategy team to ensure a synergistic relationship between paid media creative and copywriting best practices that maximise campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing copy effectiveness and performance
- Upskill and educate performance marketing teams on copywriting best practices
About You
- A top-tier copywriter, editor, strategist, and creator, passionate about evaluating the effectiveness of your writing through performance data analysis
- Over three years of experience in conceptual copywriting and campaign writing, with a strong track record in storytelling across different marketing channels (be ready to share a portfolio of your work)
- Proficient in copywriting for both brand and performance campaigns, skilled in writing, verbal communication, and conceptual thinking for long-form and short-form copy (blog posts, digital ad campaigns, email, and website content)
- Demonstrable understanding and track record of delivering first-class written content for live entertainment and e-commerce products across digital marketing media
- Expertise in digital marketing, including familiarity with various traffic channels (e.g. paid social, paid search, email, SEO)
- Experienced in adapting campaign and content strategies for global brands, with a keen understanding of how localisation impacts scope, timelines, and resources across various markets
- Deeply attuned to cultural and current creative trends, with a knack for crafting concepts that engage, retain, and convert customers
- Excellent process and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, align teams, and deliver results
- Data-driven and highly analytical, with the ability to use data to continually evolve and improve content
- Exceptional organisational skills; able to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Solid experience of CMS, project management and digital marketing analytics platforms
- An undergraduate degree in communications, journalism/PR, marketing, English literature, or a related field is a plus

LOCATION
Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street,
Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations.
We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
