YOUR ROLE
Our Air Operations team based in Hounslow have the need for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Export department. This role is primarily responsible for the daily delivery of superior customer service, ensuring our customers receive a consistent and positive experience in accordance with operational excellence guiding principles.
This is a Monday - Friday position, 9am - 6pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Review, accept and process customer bookings in line with station process & digital solutions.
- Assist customers with existing quotes, tariff queries, complaints and requests providing resolution where possible.
- Develop customer relationships and act as the first point of contact for customers that require guidance.
- Generate customer specific reports reporting on weekly customer calls.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Customer centricity will be at the heart of everything you do therefore you will have demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional customer relationships. You will have proven administration experience with an understanding of freight forwarding documentation, preferably within an Air Operation.
