ASMALLWORLD is currently recruiting for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager who will develop ASMALLWORLD's marketing strategy jointly with the CEO and then executes the strategy in a hands-on, end-to-end fashion.
This is a remote position, and the Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO.
The Digital Marketing Manager we are looking for is an allrounder and has experience across a wide range of digital marketing topics. He/she is expected to curate ASMALLWORLD's social channels, run performance marketing and CRM/email marketing campaigns, curate content for the app/website and oversee the company's PR activities.
The Digital Marketing Manager will strengthen the positioning of the ASMALLWORLD brand and improve its appeal to current and prospective members. The ultimate measure of success is to increase the number of members of the ASMALLWORLD community and to drive sales of the company's various travel products.

Main Responsibilities
- Curate ASMALLWORLD's social channels
- Run performance marketing campaigns
- Execute CRM/email marketing campaigns
- Curate content for the app/website
- Oversee the company's PR activities
- Raise brand awareness and increase perception with target demographic
- Define relevant Marketing KPI and drive improvement
Requirements
Profile / Competences / Behaviour
- BS/MS degree in public relations, marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role (marketing, communications, PR)
- Excellent understanding of how to define a successful marketing strategy
- Strong drive to independently execute the defined marketing strategy and achieve tangible goals
- Proven project management skills and attention to details
- Native English language and excellent communication skills
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communications
- Entrepreneurial spirit with past success in driving revenue for the business
- Good interpersonal skills, gravitas and credibility
- A team player who is easy to work with
- Creative skills for visual content creation and an interest in luxury travel a plus
