Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you'll spearhead our social media efforts, driving engagement and expanding our digital footprint. This role offers the opportunity to lead our social media strategy and content creation, from videography and photography to copywriting and brand partnerships. You will also manage a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help scale our content efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand engagement and reach across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with our Gen-Z audience and maintains the fun, vibrant ethos of our brand.
- Oversee the daily management of social media content, ensuring timely uploads and high-quality interactions with our community.
- Attend events and visit our parlours to capture dynamic content that showcases the unique Pan-n-Ice experience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Manage, inspire, and lead the Marketing & Social Media Assistant, fostering a creative and productive environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating and managing high-quality, social-first content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and the preferences of the Gen-Z audience.
- Strong videography, photography, and post-editing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, work independently, and function as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for current trends in the food and beverage industry.
