The Role
As Marketing Campaign & Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic campaign planning and flawless execution of events within Prime. This role is essential for enhancing brand visibility and promoting our services within the industry. You will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events to achieve business objectives and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with Prime's overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are achieved
- Plan and oversee events in collaboration with the Growth team, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish
- Coordinate all communications pre, during, and post-event to maximise engagement and impact
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Social Media Manager to fulfil marketing needs and ensure cohesive strategies across all channels
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Collaborate with the creative, digital and production team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve campaign objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Track campaign metrics and analyse data to optimize performance and ROI
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and desired outcomes
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Ensure that all campaigns and events reflect Prime's brand identity, values and messaging
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual elements across all marketing materials
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and partners to coordinate marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in marketing campaign planning and event management within the medical communications industry or B2B
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
- 7+ years experience in a managerial/senior marketing role
