Requirements
- Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with overall brand objectives
- Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience
- UGC Management:
- Cultivate and curate user-generated content, fostering a sense of community among our customers
- Implement strategies to encourage UGC submissions and ensure the authenticity and quality of content
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that aligns with brand messaging and goals
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and campaigns
- Community Engagement:
- Proactively engage with our online community across various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers, turning them into brand advocates
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, e-commerce, UGC, and influencer marketing
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
- Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencers
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
