About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Group Marketing Director to lead our brand and marketing efforts across our Group businesses. Reporting to the Commercial and Strategy Director, this is an exciting new role that will play a pivotal role in delivering our hyper scale growth plans.
The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our SaaS products. The role will lead all aspects of marketing, including brand management, product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing and marketing operations.
In this role, you will manage a team of marketing professionals, identify growth opportunities, and monitor market trends to ensure our marketing strategies effectively continue to position us in the marketplace and help us to grow our new technology and product offerings. You will also oversee our corporate website and the development of marketing collateral, digital marketing campaigns and events to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, positioning the company as a thought leader in the SaaS industry.
Brand Management: Oversee the company's brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels ensuring consistency and driving brand awareness and equity.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management, sales and customer success teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
Demand Generation: Drive lead generation and nurturing initiatives through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and partner/channel programs.
Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes creating and distributing high-quality, relevant content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos) to engage target audiences and support demand generation efforts.
Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website and search engine optimisation and marketing (SEO / SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and other online campaigns.
Marketing Operations: Manage marketing technology stack, lead management processes, campaign execution, and performance tracking and reporting.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting: Analyse marketing performance data, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in brand and performance marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or other software / tech
- Experience of budgeting and ownership of marketing P&L
- Experienced in operating globally, with US experience especially beneficial
- Experience in launching global products
- Deep understanding and experience of digital marketing strategies, channels, tactics and best practices
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth in a b2b data driven tech / SaaS based industry including through consultancy and advisory services
- Proven experience in building and managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the global mobility industry or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, ideally HubSpot
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Knowledge or use of Hubspot
