As the journey continues we are looking for a motivated individual to join our passionate team as Social Media Marketing Assistant.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Replying and engaging with customers on social channels
• Scheduling content and posting stories across all accounts (Pretty Lavish, bridal and NOBL)
• Helping to draft captions for social posts
• Update Pinterest with relevant imagery
• Pulling data and insights for weekly social performance & helping prepare the weekly and monthly reports
• Supporting with the organisation of shoots and sample management
• Ensuring the marketing calendar is up to date at all times
• Researching and reaching out to brands for monthly social media giveaway collaborations
• Reaching out to customers to get consent for resharing content
• Analysing competitor activity and sharing key insights and learnings with the team
• Keeping up to date with trends and upcoming updates in the world of social media to support the team with driving innovative thinking
Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong team player with positive can-do attitude
• Great copywriting skills
• Passion for and knowledge of social media and marketing
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
