Brandbassador is a platform that allows brands to scale and automate word-of-mouth ambassador marketing, and allows people to be an ambassador for their favourite brands and get perks, gift cards, cash and products in return. We currently work with over 150 brands such as iDeal of Sweden, PopSockets, Daniel Wellington, Desenio and the list goes on.
Brandbassador was created by the founders of the fashion phenomenon Onepiece - a pioneer in the adult onesie industry and in ambassador marketing. After running into a number of painful manual tasks, the founders created their own internal system to alleviate the problem. Little did they know, it was a problem countless brands are facing and need a solution to. So, they spent 2 years and over $4 million in development costs to create what is now Brandbassador.
After 10 years in this space, it’s time for a real game changer. Welcome to Club! Taking our learnings from Brandbassador, we have launched a new platform and app with advanced systems to empower brands and customers.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, ambitious and fast-learning Brand Executive to play a key role in running and growing our accounts as we scale.
As a Brand Executive you will be part of our ‘Professional Services’ team who help build strategic ambassador marketing plans for our key clients for both Brandbassador and Club. Reporting to the Professional Services Brand Manager, the ideal candidate is naturally curious, social media obsessed, dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment.
You will be a champion for growth and work closely with the Customer Success and the Onboarding Specialist team, helping to advocate on behalf of your brands to the wider business. You will play a major part in creating measurable ambassador marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
You will also play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our platforms, this includes going through content submissions, answering brand specific questions in the message centre from ambassadors, creating fun mini-marketing tasks including relevant trends on social media for ambassadors to complete in order to achieve brand goals.

YOUR MISSION
- Manage the day to day community operations of our professionally managed accounts for Club and Brandbassador
- Create measurable ambassador marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Customer Success team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various mission campaigns and make recommendations for optimising
- Help develop new materials – presentations, content guides and proposals – to facilitate high impact customer engagement
- Contribute to the development of strategic ambassador marketing plans for our Enterprise customers
- Working closely with Product and Marketing to assist with new product launches
- Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Brandbassador and Club’s best practices to provide ongoing value and support to Brands and Ambassadors
- Be naturally curious about the ambassador marketing industry and consistently know the latest trends on social media
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
- Strong interest in word of mouth marketing, specifically Ambassador & Influencer marketing
- You want to be early-in a fast growing Marketing Tech start-up
- At least 1 year of similar experience within a SaaS business
- A quick learner and solutions-oriented
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Precise, organised, analytical
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
