- Partnerships – initiating and activating partnerships with aligned brands to grow social and email data and drive footfall into physical locations.
- Press + Influencer – outreach and building relationships with press and influencers, meeting when visiting for treatments.
- Social – creating and scheduling content for social channels and building community
- Events – building community with events at SKINWORK Soho
- Email – grow email database through partnerships, digital and events. Schedule email newsletters.
- Digital – update all digital touchpoints to drive sales and footfall.
