Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing at Really Wild Clothing is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and cultivate customer loyalty. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that encompass both online and offline channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and partnerships. Align marketing strategies with overarching business goals and brand positioning.
2. **Brand Management**: Uphold and enhance the Really Wild Clothing brand identity and image, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints. Develop brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and reflects the brand's values and unique selling propositions.
3. **Customer Insights**: Utilize market research, customer data, and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and trends. Translate findings into actionable strategies to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
4. **Digital Marketing**: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media management, and influencer partnerships. Stay abreast of digital trends and best practices to maximize online visibility and drive traffic and conversions.
5. **Campaign Management**: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches across various channels. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
6. **Public Relations**: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive press coverage and brand exposure. Identify opportunities for editorial placements, features, and brand collaborations to increase brand visibility and credibility.
7. **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and metrics to optimize spending and drive efficiencies.
8. **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that inspires creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, with experience in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Strategic thinker with creative flair, able to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
