JOB OVERVIEW
The role will be social media manager for Spook & Archway. You will be reporting to the Founder & CEO. You will work alongside the wider team to engage with customers, convert sales and create a lifestyle brand. You will be an ambitious, driven and creative self starter . A strong interest in food, drink and eating out is required and an understanding of luxury is integral. We are a small team and your role will expand across all areas of the business. No day will be the same.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy for both Spook and Archway
- Generate engaging and relevant content at events and in the restaurant for the website, social media, email marketing and more
- Manage and report on all social media channels
- Support and align our social strategy with the sales and restaurant team to ensure we maximise sales and bookings
- Build content and deliver on brand specific event programmes and workshops
- Build a trusted lifestyle brand across Spook and Archway
- Manage our external PR communications to ensure they deliver as per our brand requirements
- Copywriting for social media
- Manage and update the websites
- Social budget management
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team about menu trends, event opportunities and overall information about the wider hospitality and events industry
- Identify and drive brand collaborations and partnerships
- Collate monthly reports with a focus on ROI and KPIs
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Proven experience in a similar social media role
- A portfolio or an active social media page that aligns with our aesthetic
- An extremely high level of attention to detail
- Experience working with premium brands
- Strong understanding of social media
- Strong creativity and writing skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights
- Proven experience in content creation, photography and videography
