Join our organisation and be based in the heart of Eastbourne at easily accessible offices, located directly next to the train station. At ESCC we provide extensive support to our social workers and deliver high quality relationship-based practice to our children and families.

We are looking for candidates who are able to engage effectively using creativity, compassion and authority to overcome resistance and build relationships. Undertake assessment and analysis to a high standard on complex cases informed by research and theory and linking to child’s plan and be able to promote and provide guidance and challenge on positive approaches to diversity in the organisation addressing discrimination.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
