The blended subscription/commission model provides a best-in-class global clienteling solution – connecting the global customer facing community with access to a global product feed and the tools to offer a seamless experience for their customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager to join our hybrid remote/London-based team to drive the next exciting stage of our business.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager who will take ownership over our overall marketing direction to make sure THE FLOORR is playing to its strengths, drawing traction from both fashion and tech industries equally. We want to find someone with a clear understanding of the luxury fashion and SaaS markets, a commitment to delivering outstanding products and services of the quality that our users demand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the marketing strategy for THE FLOORR, including:
- Corporate and Brand Communications
- Branding & Awareness building
- Content: Design, copy & creative
- Launching a product service, including a new App, webapp, and website
- Owns & manages the marketing budget
- Setting up enablement channels for the Sales team, inclusive of directing CRM and Data strategy
- Go-to-market strategy & contributing to tech stack build
- Sales & marketing alignment
- Product Marketing
- Social Media (all channels)
- Demand generation activation (in-person & virtual events, email, social selling, digital & lead generation (multi-channel), campaign management, partner marketing, customer marketing)
- Customer Retention Strategy
- Hiring, managing & mentoring team
- Partner/Agency Management, as needed
- Managing Internal Comms & driving company culture
- Supporting CEO & COO with fundraising
The business is an ambitious start-up on a journey to Seed/Series A fundraising, this role is heavily commercially-focused and comes with both revenue and pipeline generation targets.
SKILLS
- Strong demonstrable experience in the management and launch of successful promotional campaigns for Luxury Retail Tech.
- An interest, and ideally experience, in fashion retail and understanding the needs of luxury customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally across all areas of a business.
- Comfortable working within a small fast-growing team.
- you’re a full-service marketer with 8+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B (ideally SaaS).
- Passion for Luxury Fashion and customer experience.
- Leader with the ability to influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of building world-class brands from the ground up with a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.
- 5+ years of leadership and people-management experience.
- Proven success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, growth, strategy, social media, communications, business development) is a must.
- Expertise in brand tracking, qualitative and quantitative research, creative testing, campaign analysis, and leading a roadmap of insights-driven marketing.
- Industry and market knowledge in the luxury sector and/or HNW Clienteling and Personal Shopping is useful, but not required.

The team currently works 1-2 days a week in-person in central London and remainder is remote for now.
We can be flexible about hours, location and terms, but we are looking for someone who will become a long-term core member of our team.
