About The Role
We are seeking a social media manager for the world's leading publishers of illustrated books. This role involves implementing the social media strategy, planning and publishing content across various platforms, leading in developing strategies, coordinating promotional schedules for trade releases, creating engaging content, managing customer communications, fostering online community engagement, and executing social media campaigns aligned with book launches.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months experience in digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for social media
- Experience in social media and email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of short form video on social media
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Mailchimp
- Understanding of crowdfunding campaigns, an eye for aesthetics
- Interest in books and visual arts, proficiency in social media analytics tools, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
