Luneia Brands is a leading UK Beauty distributor. We seek trending brands from around the globe and introduce them to the UK market, into our prestigious retail partners including Cult Beauty, Selfridges, Sephora, Beauty Bay, Boots, Superdrug & Easy Jet. We work with a number of K-Beauty brands including Thank You Farmer, and Beauty of Joseon.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a passion & deep knowledge for skincare, and an interest in K-Beauty. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, between London & WFH.

Primary responsibilities are the strategic planning, and execution of content for social media platforms - primarily Tik Tok & Instagram. This is a full cycle role, spanning from research and ideation, to filming, editing & scheduling content, and influencer management & gifting strategy.

A working knowledge of Tik Tok shop and the creator portal is advantageous but not essential.

Other aspects of the role include contributing to brand campaign development, email marketing, and trade marketing initiatives with our retail partner portfolio. Basic design skills & a strong eye for detail are essential.

We are a small, fun & rapidly expanding business. We are looking for a motivated, passionate, ambitious individual who will take this role on & make it their own.

Salary up to £35k depending on experience.
