Travel Coordination:Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for team members and clients, while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability criteria
Office Supplies and Equipment:Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working condition
General Administrative Support:Providing general administrative support to team members, including filing, copying, scanning, organizing documents, and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed
