Key Responsibilities:

Curate social media content calendars for units across Europe (UK, France, Spain, Monaco, Greece)
Optimise and update digital platforms
Manage and engage with online communities
Monitor platform performance and adapt strategies accordingly
Develop content in line with marketing strategies for COYA, Chanca by COYA, and COYA Music
Work with top creative talents
Assist HR, Music, and other departments with content and collateral creation
Utilise social listening tools and analytics to enhance engagement

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with the ability to collaborate globally
A self-starter who is proactive and takes ownership
A strong understanding of social and digital media platforms, trends, and content effectiveness
Skilled in basic photo and video tools and smart devices
Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus (but not required)

Location: A combination of on site in our venues and our corporate office in Soho.
