If you do, an opportunity has arisen to become a social worker in a well-established, safeguarding team.

We recognise that skills and experience are transferrable and you may not have worked in a safeguarding adults team before, but you will need to be committed to the Making Safeguarding Personal model of support and hold a strong rights-based approach. Both the team and B&NES Council are committed to providing continued professional development through supervision, opportunities to develop skills and gain experience, and training opportunities. You will be encouraged to share your ideas, best practice and actively work towards improving the work that we and the local Safeguarding Partnership do. The post is based in Bath and North East Somerset, which includes the city of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
